“Abraham’s descendants.” It was a title like a medal to the Jews of 2000 years ago. It’s because Abraham became the source of a blessing from God Jehovah. To become Abraham’s descendants meant that they received blessings and salvation, didn’t it? So the Jews who inherited the blood of Abraham took pride in being the children of Abraham. However, it was just their imagination. Jesus, God who came in the flesh, denied their lineage.

The Jews claimed that they were Abraham’s children, but they did not serve God with the mind of Abraham. When Jesus said, “I and the Father are one”, the Jews tried to kill Jesus by saying “you, a mere man, claim to be God.” Such faith was quite different from that of Abraham.

God Jehovah appeared to Abraham as a man along with two angels. Abraham was so happy and hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them. He bowed low to the ground and politely treated them to water and food. This was what Abraham did to God. Wasn’t it quite different from the attitude of the Jews?

Abraham believed that God Almighty could appear as a man anytime, while the Jews persecuted and crucified God who came in the flesh according to the prophecy of the Bible. The Jews could not be Abraham’s children since Jesus said, “If you were Abraham’s children, then you would do what Abraham did.”

The same applies today. It’s prophesied in the Bible that the Spirit and the bride would appear in the flesh to give us the water of life. However, the established churches, that call themselves Abraham’s children, would not believe this prophecy. Rather, they insult and deny God the Spirit and the bride who came as humans. Jesus said that Abraham’s children should do what Abraham had done. Abraham’s children are those who receive God who came in the flesh according to the prophecy of the Bible. Only such people can inherit the kingdom of heaven by the promise of the Bible.

NOTE: The World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) believes in Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother [the Spirit and the Bride] who came in the flesh according to the prophecies of the Bible (Revelation 22:17).
