Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 7:21)
Even new Christians commonly know the Ten Commandments. The fourth commandment of the Ten is “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.” However today, nearly all churches keep Sunday, the first day of the week, as the Lord’s Day instead of Saturday, the seventh day. Some even make illogical claims and absurd arguments such as “every day is the Sabbath day” or “Sunday is the seventh day.”
2,000 years ago, not only Jesus and his disciples but also the apostles and saints of the Early Church did not submit to Sunday Legislation enacted by a Roman Emperor and kept the Sabbath day to the end even though they were persecuted and martyred. They stuck to their noble faith while fleeing into the desert and mountains lest their religious purity should be trampled. But many people followed the Sunday Law of the Emperor. They threw away the Sabbath day of Jesus like an old shoe and kept the Sunday service. In return, they were given considerable power from the Roman Emperor.
Whose command should we follow? Will you obey the will of God whatever people say while expecting the kingdom of heaven? Or, will you submit to the command of the Emperor and continue to make vain efforts by keeping the Sunday service?
Are you still walking the opposite way to the will of God in accordance with the command of the specter of a Ruler who cried out for Sunday? Or, are you living a faith life in a vegetative state due to the influence of large churches and spineless denominations which have continuously repeated the division and unification according to the interests of people. If you are living a life of such lukewarm faith, how about leaving the contaminated church in search of the truth?
You will have to think a lot which faith will be considered to be obedient to the will of God, and reflect on the goal of your faith. Then, you will be able to realize the fact that the Sabbath day and the Passover should be kept according to the will of God.
An emperor is not God! so emperor can not change Command of God.
When we keep God’s commandments, we can prove that we truly love God as God’s people!
Will of God is in the Bible
If The words are in the bible are will of God
Passover and Sabbath day …are in the bible
We should keep them
So we can all see who’s right and who’s wrong. The history of the Early church can define that everything the people are now following did not come from God but from paganism. We should really take this seriously because our choice of following well-known pretenders of Christians can lead us to destruction.
We should follow the will of God not the command of an emperor.
Sunday service originated from a pagan custom for celebrating sun-god and it’s not based on the Bible.
Instead, we should keep the Sabbath day which was kept by Jesus and the disciples.
Some argue that Jesus did not keep the Sabbath day but he just went into the synagogue to read the Bible. However, they try to distort the Bible to justify the Sunday service. Please refer to https://mygodchristahnsahnghong.com/2013/09/22/to-those-who-distort-the-sabbath-day-observed-by-jesus/
Even the Roman Catholic Church acknowledged that the Sunday service is not based on the Bible and the Biblical Sabbath is Saturday:
The history proves that the Sunday service was introduced by the Roman Catholic Church and it’s not based on the Bible. The church should follow the Law of God and should not change the Law of God. We should follow the will of God to keep the new covenant including the Sabbath day and the Passover.
Amen! The prophet Ezekiel already prophesied that people would worship the sun in the east within churches.
God clearly said that sun-worship is a detestable thing. Unfortunately, many Christians of today worship the sun within the churches according to the prophecy of Ezekiel. Sunday and Christmas originated from pagan sun-god worship customs.
Yeah, seriously. Why keep the day that was commanded by a mere Roman emperor who didn’t even believe in God, nor had any respect towards God’s commandments? Why do we need to lead ourselves towards destruction if we still have chance to learn about the truth?
First of all we must know what is the will of God. it is because concerned with our salvation.
When we study the bible, we can find the answer according to history of Israel.
God bless to Israelite according to Sabbath Day and the new covenant Passover.
It is the will of God to keep the Passover and the Sabbath day.
Sunday and Christmas originated from pagan religions and have nothing to do with the Bible.
Those who follow such man-made teachings worship God in vain (Matthew 15:7-.)
The World Mission Society Church of God keeps the Passover and the Sabbath day of the NEW COVENANT.
